Working Wisely with Narcissism Masterclass

A three-hour clinical masterclass for therapists, counsellors, social workers, coaches, and other helping practitioners working with clients impacted by narcissistic abuse and complex relational trauma.

WHY THIS MASTERCLASS

If you work with clients carrying the imprint of narcissistic family systems, narcissistic relationships, or workplaces shaped by narcissistic dynamics, you've likely felt the gap between what standard clinical training prepares you for and what these clients actually need.

This masterclass closes some of that gap. Three hours of contemporary, trauma-informed clinical material, drawn from thirty years of practice and twenty years focused specifically on narcissistic abuse recovery.

The intention is to give you both the conceptual lens and the practical clinical tools to work with this population more accurately and more confidently, whatever modality you're trained in.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is a masterclass for:

  • Registered Psychotherapists and Psychotherapists in training

  • Registered Social Workers and Social Workers in training

  • Counsellors and counselling students

  • Coaches and helping practitioners working with relational trauma

  • Other helping professionals who want a more accurate clinical understanding of narcissistic systems and their imprint on the people who come through your door

You don't need to be trained in any particular modality to benefit. The material is broad enough to support practitioners across approaches and specific enough to deepen your clinical thinking.

My story...

I'm Stacey Sanderson, a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Social Worker, Certified Holistic Life Coach, and the author of Heart Wide Open: A Holistic Guide to Self Recovery from Narcissistic Wounding.

With 34 years in healthcare and mental health, 20 focused specifically on narcissistic relational abuse recovery and complex relational trauma, my work brings together clinical expertise and a holistic, heart-centred approach. I work as a psychotherapist for Ontario residents and as a holistic consultant internationally, helping clients move through the layered conditioning and disrupted sense of self that narcissistic wounding leaves behind.

It's my mission to help people heal and release relationship patterns and step into their power. As part of my own healing and recovery process I dove into understanding personality pathology and focused on this and the biopsychosocial roots of this issue. I came to better understand narcissism from the point of view of trauma, attachment, and energy, and over time created a more heart-centered and holistic approach in my work with clients, integrating trauma and somatic modalities with meditation, mindfulness, and expressive arts.

My work is collaborative and intuitively guided. A lot of the time, this work is about empowering empaths! I believe there is healing in connection and community. My own personal healing from narcissistic family and work systems came full circle when I stepped into my power and full potential, and I know you can do the same!

I live in rural Ontario, Canada where I enjoy being in nature either running, skiing, kayaking or gardening! I have been married for over 25 years and have two adult children, our beautiful rescue dog Zoe and two cats. I have a small private psychotherapy practice, and my passion is in leading the Inquire Within relationship recovery community.
